It is confortably furnished and has 4 bedrooms, one en-suite with toilet, basin, bath & bidet and a large shower-room and toilet downstairs.

The sitting room has a beautiful wood-burning Caen stone fireplace. It is well furnished with two four-seater sofas, table and chairs, bookcases and Denon stereo system. There are all the comforts of home, such as books, magazines and classical CDS.

The downstairs bedroom has a double and single beds. A door leads straight out into the garden.

Upstairs, the main bedroom has a king-sized bed with bathroom off. The landing houses a TV, with BBC 1,2, 3 and 4, ITV 1 & News Channels. It takes a sky card. There is also a DVD player and a video player with a selection of DVDs and videos. The sofa makes a double bed if needed.

The third bedroom has a king-sized bed and a child's bed. Through that bedroom is another with 3 single beds, suitable for use by children, altough adults could sleep there if they don't mind going through another bedroom for access. Cots are available if needed.

The kitchen is spacious, comfortable and has many amenities, including a large hob, built-in_oven, dishwasher, microwave and a table which seats 8-10. At the far end of the house is a large laundry equipped with sink, washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer.

The garden has swings, a slide and toys for children. In the very large atelier is a 12 foot diameter trampoline and a full-sized table tennis table. There are outdoor chairs and table and a weber barbeque. It is a great place for children and rather good for adults, too !
